Yeah , as you can see, the counters are empty. The police are there. And we had a few "customer" waiting at the waiting seats. But they took some "time" to ask their "customer" to go forth. Stuck at the police station for at least an hour just to report a accident case. It's not a lot of people there you know? But we still need to WAIT.
